Horrible customer service & don't bother making an appointment, you will end waiting an additional hour ....

This place is horrible! It used to be one of my favorites until now. I had a horrible experience today. I went to the location located in the Falls. The manger and the receptionist are horrible and don't respect the special promotion which is M-T until 4pm for Man and Pedi $25. I arrived at 3:50 and told them that I was here for the special at the end they charged me instead of $25 I paid $40 that was not fair because arrived before 4. The issue is NOT the money the issue is how they treated me they screamed in front of everyone made a huge seen. A client felt bad and wanted to pay the difference I told her no its ok its not fair and told her that if they advertise something they should respect it. The manger is even worse then the receptionist they literally wouldn't let me leave until i pay the difference. I am reporting this business to the Better Business Bureau and want my money back. This experience which is supposed to be a relaxing experience was one of the worse experience of my life. I really hope the owner reads these comments and does something about it. The manger should not scream at the clients especially when I was right.
