Watch out for phantom charges. I had the Stern guy repair a break in the water line coming from the street to our house (the line broke when a tree fell over in a tropical storm). Before the plumber arrived, I had dug up and exposed the 20 foot section of pipe which had the break. He worked less than 2 hours to replace the section, and then presented me with an invoice.. When I asked him about the labor and how many hours it reflected, he said "5 hours", then tried to convince me he added 3 hours because he needed to go home and clean up. He wasn't dirty. I think he just wanted to pad his hours and take the rest of the day off.I wouldn't trust them again.
