The worst moving customer experience ever
They lie about quotes they showed up 4 hours late
They use 24 movers and other dba so you don’t know they are this disgusting company

Laprom Moving is a total ripoff. They quoted me $225 and then picked my furniture up. As soon as they got to the destination, they told me I owe them $430. They threatened to steal my furniture if I didn't pay it. This is a scam. DO NOT USE THEM!!! I spoke to the manager and he was, not only extremely rude, but a thief. They waited to show me the contract until they got to the destination so they could charge me extra. I had no choice if I wanted my furniture. Needless to say, I am taking them to court. I have never dealt with a company like this. Laprom Moving is a scam. They will overcharge you or steal your furniture.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER....and I've moved almost 20 times. DON'T BELIEVE the posts below that rave they are best etc. They must work for the company. HIDDEN CHARGES they DO NOT tell you or email you AT ALL when booking. RIP OFF!
Cost me $800 to move a 1 bedroom 12 miles....nasty sweat on my furniture. It took all day to move me?!? SLOW, On the phone, DON'T DO IT!!!

absolute worst moving experience of my life. 3 hrs late in arriving. One man came into house to look other stayed in truck for 50 minutes. the next hour consisted of very little work and lots of arguing (first two hours gone) . After paying for them more to work for the next 3 hrs. the boss called and told the crew to leave (truck was half loaded). He said they could not spend any more time as they where needed elsewhere. What a joke . Save your money

If I could give them zero, I would, this is the worst company I have ever used. They lied to us about the quote and it ended up being double. They charge for the tape by the centimeter and they tell you thats the price for the entire roll. RIP OFF !!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They misrepresent the cost of the move by charging a low hourly rate but working very slowing and by hiding OUTRAGEOUS supply costs in vague language on the contract. Laprom Moving added over $600 to our move in rolls of tape, cardboard, and bubble wrap, after the sales representative told me that wrapping furniture was included in the hourly cost. Also, Laprom Moving has the WORST customer service I have ever encountered—so you cannot rely on them to solve any issues that arise. If you read a favorable review of this company, BE SUSPICIOUS! This company is running a scam. Stay far away from them. They work together with 24 Moving, so beware of that company as well.

The crew showed up on time & worked at an impressive pace. They were fun to be around & more importantly they were very good movers. No items were broken or scratched

They were prompt in arriving, provided a very accurate estimate of the time it would take to move my stuff, were extremely fast and efficient, and were very polite and courteous all throughout the move.

The move itself was just perfect. Nice, quiet, polite, hard working guys. They where even shy about asking for some water. Anyhow, our things arrived without the slightest of damage.

My company was gracious enough to cover our moving costs. We looked at the various moving companies, and decided to go with the Laprom Movers. They did the best job of providing a thorough estimate, and going into great detail in everything. There estimate was dead on, they did a great job.

The moving crew that assisted my move was outstanding. I had a perfect experience with my move. The movers were more than professional and worked diligently. Pricing was competitive as well.

I hate packing and moving! But it is a part of your life!So this time I tried to make it easy and it worked . moving with this guy was such a smooth act !! They are truly professional and they know taking care of each item they packed.
