This was the best birthday cake ever. The cake came out looking exactly like the picture I had sent them. I couldn't be happier. These artists are amazing and their work is worth every penny!!!

Love their cupcakes but more impressive was the customer service I received from lovely curly haired employee named Kat. Great cupcakes + great customer service= happy customer! Love LA Sweets!

La sweets was recommended to my by a really good friend. They have really yummy and cute desserts but the service needs a huge boost. The only person who knows what he is doing is the manager.

Wish this system would let me give it zero starts - the customer service at this place is very poor. I've been trying to order a cupcake cake for two weeks now, and they haven't responded to emails or FB. I even went into the store, but was told I needed to order the cake online. Maybe they just don't want to sell me a cake - YMMV.
