When my car was damaged, I didn't know what to do. Then I was recommended to International Collision , I met Celso and Frank and they took over my situation , from helping me contacting my Insurance Comp. and assisting me with a rental car.

They kept me informed during the repair process. A few days later I was contacted to pick up my car. When I saw the car, the repairs were so good , I could not determine were the crash was.

Thank you for making a difficult situation a very good experience ...

To start off, Frank the service manager is a top notch guy, the service, the call backs, the updates, all on point. If you want someone to give it to you straight, no bs, these are real guys and I highly recommend them. I am in no way affiliated with them, just a local customer that appreciates excellent service.



BTW, they stand behind their paint warranty 100%. They go above and beyond, trust us.

Poor work quality and then expect they will damage something else and give no explanations

Brought my car in Monday and got it back Wednesday. It looks brand new. They even cleaned it too.

WHEN FRANK SAW ME IN PERSON OBV HE WAS THE LIL COWARD SMURF HE IS CAUSE I DNT LOOK LIKE SUM PUSH OVER BUT ON THE FONE HE LIKES ACT TOUGH AN SAY F**K ME HAHA BUT WHEN WE PICKED UP THE CAR FRANK WAS PERSONALLY HAND WASHING MY CAR WITH A RAG TO ACT LIKE HE GOOD HARD WORKER HAHA HE A PUNK ... KARMA WORKS WONDERS BUT I FEEL BAD CAUSE HE SCAMMIN PLP CAUSE HE CANT DO NO BETTER AN ANYWAY PEOPLE WHO RUN SCAMS ATLEAST TRY TO DO IT RIGHT AN COVER THEM SELVS HAHA FRANK JUS CAUGHT HIM SELF BUT U MUST BE RETATED TO EVER GO THERE .. HE PUT MY LIFE IN DANGER BY TELL INSURANCE PUT NEW RIM WHEN RIM WAS DAMAGED AN DIDNT UT A TIRE ON BUT HE DID PUT A TIRE ON DIDNT TELL INSURACNE AN BROKE MY SENSOR ON TIRE SO IT POPED NOW IM MAKE SURE COPS WATCH HIM EVERYDAY AN IM COMPLAIN EVEYDAY TO CORPORATE AN LIBERTY MUTAL TO LOOK OVA THE SHOP AN IM GO TO BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AN REPORT THEM EITHER WAY HE GOIN DOWN AN WILL GET CAUGHT BUT HOPE WAS WORTH IT ... SUM PEOPLE LET THINGS GO BUT WHEN U COME ACROSS SUMONE WHO OR PEOPLE WHO ARE COPS LAWERS ETC BUT MY FATHER IS A LAWER AN SAID INTERNATIONAL COLLISSION IS A JOKE AN HE GOT LUCKY WE FELL FOR THE BS HAVE GREAT DAY SMURF FRANK...

Don't go there. They give you a quote, call the insuarnce company, get more money and then you go to pick up the car they charge you all plus more than what they initially told you without an explanation or show of a face. Horrible customer service. Never again!
