Jeff and Rubin where great!! They were able to diagnose and repair my ice machines in minutes saving me on time. I made the mistake of using another company prior to them that didn’t resolve anything.

I had TWC reparing our equipment. They could never get it right. Then the health department threatened to shut us down because the machine was dirty. Which they had just cleaned. Well I found Ide Masters. They cleaned our machine, and I got the unit passed by health dept. Thank you Ice Masters. My choice for a ice machine company.

I bought a new ice maker (BIG ONE) and this thing kicks butt. The service from these guys was great! Jeff went above and beyond when he ran into some difficulties with the installation location I had picked. I highly recommend them.
