This is the worst possible dry cleaner in Coconut Grove. He lost the pants to my husband's navy blue Brooks Brother's suit and replaced them with black pants from Target. I went over right before we were to leave for a wedding and asked the owner Peter to find the correct pants. He thought a better approach would be to call me a "Nazi" instead. He never tried to find the pants, take responsibility for the loss, or even offer a simple apology. One would be cautioned to trust one's clothing with this subpar cleaner.
