We were established in Miami Florida in 2000. Ever since,  we have served the construction industry at large with all their testing and inspection needs. We have excelled in areas where others have fall short. Our multiple certifications, knowledge and experience sets us apart from the competition.Our president and lab director, Mr. Angel A. Alvarez, has a vast experience on the Roof Inspection and Roof Consulting field. Mr. Alvarez has been associated with the construction industry for decades. He currently holds certificates in the State of Florida as Standard Building Inspector, General and Roofing Contractor, Home Inspector, Mold Assessor, Mold Remediator and Lead Technician. He was also a member of an appointed committee which was responsible for reviewing the well known Chapter 34 of the South Florida Building Code and making relevant changes to this chapter and some protocols. Many of those Code changes are still in force in the Florida Building Code today. Furthermore, as Chief Roofing Inspector he re-designed the complicated and cumbersome roofing application and turned it into a simpler two page application. Mr. Alvarez has being known among his peers to be practical, helpful, and always available to find solutions to problems.
