Unreliable, disrespectful and dishonest. Promised to return to my home as he forgot to turn the water back on after an inspection. To make a bad situation
worse, he never showed as promised to turn water back on. Then he tried to cover his tracks, first claiming he did not promise he would come, then claiming he called. It is not ok to blame the customer for your screw up. .

They were good, but I called several times for f/u repair and they never responded.

I had a serious plumbing issue at my house. We had three plumbers come before and they were not successful in resolving the problem. Scott from Express Sewer Solutions came by and figured out the issue. He has state of the art equipment and is very professional. It ended up being a root that broke through the pipe. He located it, and replaced it. Overall an excellent plumber who is honest and provides a great value. Would highly recommend.

Called with a busted sprinkler line. Scott told me how to turn the water off on it until he could come and give me a free estimate. Showed up quickly and repaired the broken pipe for a very reasonable price. Excellent customer service. Quick response time and very affordable.

I had a huge clog in the toilet and shower so I called Express Sewer Solutions and Scott was here in an hour! He did an amazing job! He worked on it for about 2 1/2 hours until he finally got the clog! He was patient, thorough, and extremely kind. He knows the job very well. I will definitely call him again and recommend him to everyone. Great job and great price as well!

If you need a plumber - Express Sewer Solutions is the one to call. He calls you back immediately, explains when he can get to you house. If you give him a good description of what is wrong, he knows what needs to be done and will give you a price. The plumbing problem was fixed as he thought. He even explained how the plumbing pipes are done in my old house to explain how clogs happen. He is very informative, is not in a rush, and pleasant to deal with. I will definitely call him if I have another problem again.

Scott was a great plumber, thorough with the investigation and repair. Very professional and knowledgeable (a hard find in Miami!) - great service and reasonably priced - will definitely call him again when in need of plumbing/sewer services!

Scott is extremely knowledgeable which you would expect but is rarer than you think.

After an other plumber scared us with the prospect of spending thousands of dollars to replace a pipe that seemed to have roots growing in it, Scott patiently tried again and again with 2 different types of equipment to brake through the blockage and reassured us that there were no roots that could have damaged the pipe. His price was so reasonable and he was very thorough, counseling us on maintenance for the future. He is very generous with his time in explaining the cause of the problem and how to prevent it from happening again. Highly recommend him!

I recently experienced a major back up and called a few plumbers but Express was the only one who would show up right away the plumbers was very experianced and there prices where very reasonable as well he gave us information on how to prevent it from happening again GREAT JOB!

We had an emergency at 1:00 am on a friday night when we called Express Sewer Solutions they wher at our house in 20 minutes the plumbing technician repaired our leak in time at all I expected to pay a lot but to my suprise they where very resonable I will call them every time when I need a plumber and i will recomend them to every one I know
