Ember Miami, an American restaurant, steak house and cocktail bar, located off Northeast 41st Street in the Miami Design District, is Bradley Kilgore's new take on classic bistro fare. We take classic cuisine and prepare unique flavor combinations from spices to layered flavors. Chef Kilgore considers this restaurant his Miami melting pot of world food. Beginning Thursday, March 23rd, Ember will temporarily morph into Ember Eats Delicatessen and Butcher Shop, with take-out available onsite and delivery through Caviar and Postmates. Menu items include a French dip, meatball sub, smoked turkey on sourdough bread, Ember fried chicken, and lasagna. Ember will also offer a butcher counter.
