Avoid this place like the plague, the fame of making cakes for celebrities must of gone to there head, received the wrong color cake, stale and sloppy (looked like a kinder garden class finger painting project) and falling apart for our wedding. After arriving from our honeymoon a week later multiple calls were made to address this and I would never get a call back "owners are not here" so I decided to go to the store in person, waited for no customer to be inside to explain to them how dissatisfied we were with the cake, they only offered a partial refund implying that we were liars and they have never had a complaint about there cakes (I guess they don't check the reviews online and think there clients are stupid) after refusing the partial refund they went to the back and I can over hear them talking about calling the police which they came outside and did, after telling them if they keep burning there small customers they are going to lose business there reply was " we sell $4k cakes" in other words they no longer cater to the average customer. Karma will catch up to the Kardashian duo who run this place.

Wonderful place! The organization I work for was in need of a cake donation for an event we were throwing and Divine Delicacies Cakes very graciously took us on. We asked for a simple sheet cake with our program logo on it, but instead they created a masterpiece of a cake shaped like an open book. It was beautiful. Not only that, it tasted fantastic! It's the worst when you see a beautiful cake and then bite into it only to find it tastes awful, definitely NOT the case here.



Furthermore the service we received via email, phone and in person was impeccable. Always quick responses, very helpful and kind. Went above and beyond for us. We are very grateful and will certainly recommend their services to anyone and everyone looking for a bakery in town. Thank you Divine Delicacies Cakes!!

I made an appointment to choose my wedding cake and I was running late, however Laura and her staff graciously tended to my needs. I wasn't one of those brides who didn't know what I wanted, I knew exactly what I wanted and Laura delivered. My cake was delivered and set-up beautifully at my wedding venue without delay or problem. I paid what Laura said I would, and I received the cake that Laura promised I would. I am a business owner (caterer) and there are days when late appointments take over the next person's appointment unfairly, and you are a good business owner when you still accommodate both appointments without making either guest being slighted. Laura handles her business and I refer all my clients in need of cakes and any other confectioners to Laura of Divine Delicacies Cakes. Thank you Laura for making my wedding beautiful!! you are a sweetheart!

Let me start by saying, this rat hole doesn't even deserve a star, however that's the only option it gave me. I purchased 2 cakes from dd and they where horrible. The cakes tasted like wheat bread, toasted wheat bread. I called to get my money back for one of the cakes and the owner was rude and disrespectful she has avoided my phone calls as we'll. If you want a good cake Ana Paz is better, I should have gone to her in the first place. DD is a complete scam and BTW none of the cakes are fresh, they're all mass produced. I promise you will never have a fresh cake SCAM ARTIST

It was my first time getting a cake there and let me tell you that it was the best first experience I have ever had. I had gone there to order a cake for my little sisters birthday. We weren't going to have such a large amount of people but I wanted something cute and a little bigger than the normal one tier cake. I had gone there personally and discussed what it was that i was looking for. The young girls at the front were helping me come up with different ideas and it took a while but I finally came up with the perfect cake for my sister. I thought of the minions from despicable me and thought I wanted with that theme. They had showed me alot of different picture until I saw the minion that looked like it was sitting down. I wanted that cake for her the minute i saw it!! Placed the order and the day I went to pick it up, I was struck with amazement and joy. I was about to keep the cake for myself it was so cute!! When i surprised my sister she freaked out and screamed! She was the happiest little girl ever. It was like she saw Justin Bieber or something. I thank Divine Delicacies from the bottom of my heart for making me the cutest and best cake ever. Thank you for also making my sister the happiest she had ever been. I would highly recommend getting your next cake from Divine, AMAZING!! Coming again very very soon!!

I had gone to my friends baby shower, and fell in love with how cute the cake was and it wasn't even my own baby shower. I stopped by Divine to see what it was that they had there and decided to buy some cupcakes that they had there. They looked like ordinary cupcakes but when I took the first bite, I fell in love. It might sound silly but my taste buds were most definitely dancing. I had asked one of the girls there (very nice and polite) if she could give me some prices and from there I could see which one I wanted. I left very please and happy, the cupcakes were delicious, the girls at the front were very nice and my stomach was full :) I am glad to say that I recommend Divine Delicacies to anyone who is looking for great and yummy cake.

Unprofessional people when you write bad comments they just erased them and block you. They can't stand the truth or just want to look perfect, really far from reality. If you are not famous or have thousands for your cake stay away.

Thank you Divine Delicacies Custom Cakes for doing such an AMAZING job on my daughter's first birthday cake and sweet desserts table. It was the prettier and most delicious cake ever! The vanilla rum cake was so moist and tasted incredible. Thank you delivering and setting up the birthday cake, smash cake, cupcakes, and push pops with anticipation. It took a lot of stress off me. The push pops with the custom labels of my daughter's portrait and the ballerina slippers were so precious. The cake and sweet desserts table was the center of attention during the entire party. All the guests at the party were telling us how beautiful and delicious the birthday cake and all the desserts were. The best part was the huge smile on my daughter's face when she saw her first birthday cake. It was PRICELESS! Thank you for recommending the smash cake. She had a blast and it was a great memory. I walked into the bakery with an idea, and you guys created everything beyond my expectations. I RECOMMEND EVERYONE DIVINE DELICACIES CUSTOM CAKES! Thank you again for everything. Honestly, words cannot describe how happy we were with your services!

DD cakes has HORRIBLE service!!!!! I can't believe how bad it is. I've tried to order a cake and its much back and forth. I've called 5 times if not more and they don't pick up. When I do get a hold of them there excuse is "you called when we were closed" I called at all times before their "closing" time. Don't be Fooled by these "wonderful" review check every review website. They won't treat you like a costumer unless your a celebrity or going to pay $1000 plus for their cakes. Do yourself a HUGE favor go somewhere else.

Our bride's and goom's cakes were both absolutely breath-taking... both to the eyes and mouth! They turned out better than we ever would've expected. During our consultation/cake-tasting, our consultant really worked with us so that we could get what we wanted within our budget. They made it very clear that they were there to make sure that we were more than happy with what we were getting. Our wedding cake was seriously the best wedding cake I had ever had. They were so moist and fresh. Their designs also turned out so much better than we could have ever imagined! Neither my wife and I are artists by any means; we're both in accounting if you get my drift. We went into the consultation really not knowing what we wanted, but the consultant really worked with us to come up with the cakes' designs. The designs turned out so AWESOME. We got so many compliments on the taste and designs of our cakes. I'm definitely going to use them for special cakes in the future!

I gave it one star because I couldnt go lower. This place is horrible. They completely messed up on my bridal cake. To begin the cake was completely crooked second I paid extra for foundant because they claimed they couldn't do the decoration unless it had foundant..which in the end they did not do. After constant calling, emailing and even facebooking all unanswered I decided to go an make a formal complaint. The owner herself took care of me but instead of being understanding of their mistake she yelled at me and told me she would not return my money. I have never experience such rudeness from a vendor. This was so disappointing, I guess they don't care because it wasn't their special event.

Divine Delicacies Cakes is a wonderful place to get an over-the-top, jaw-dropping, impress your guests cake! The talent in this place is truly exceptional and their cakes are delicious! Professional, timely, and easy to work with, it's no wonder Divine Delicacies Cakes has been in business for so long and has done cakes for all the celebrities in town!

OMG- best wedding cake EVER. weeks later, family and friends are still inviting themselves over, wanting more wedding cake. THis is the only wedding cake Ive ever had thats actually YUMMY! I HIGHLY recommend the alternating layers we did- vanilla Rum and chocolate rum,and Red Velvet and Guava. I HIGHLY recommend this place. the owner, i forgot her name, but she is a sweet blonde, is awesome to work with!

This is the best bakery in the Miami area. Their cakes are really moist, and have the most unbelievable cream cheese icing. I would highly recommend getting a cake for a special occasion from here.

My wife and I were looking for something in particular, a red velvet wedding cake. This was the third place we looked. We tried many bakeries from all over, but none of them could come close to the samples we received from Divine Delicacies Cakes. Quite simply, it was colorful, moist and delicious. I had three BIG pieces before the night was over. Best Red velvet all around!



Ours was a Sunday morning ceremony, early afternoon reception in The Spanish Monastary. The cake arrived on time, in great, pristine condition. In addition, the price was less than the other bakeries as well. :-)

Cake testing was what my now husband was most excited about doing while we were planning our wedding and Divine Delicacies did not disappoint! Their cakes are delicious without being cloyingly sweet. It was so hard to choose what flavors we wanted but the Red Velvet and Guava Cream Cheese cakes won out! It was a quick and painless meeting with them because I knew what I wanted and They even used the copy of the invitation I brought in to replicate the scrolls on the cake. Our wedding was August 28th and the cake was exactly what I had envisioned and more. Simple, elegant and tasted fantastic! Thank you so much!

My wedding cake was delicious! We choose the cookies and cream as well as the coconut flavors and they were a hit with our guests. What is great about Divine Delicacies cakes is they are moist and don't have that "fake" taste we found in our other cake tastings. As for the design, I was very happy that they were able to capture what I wanted exactly! They even did the chocolate-dipped strawberry cake toppers for us :) I did not have any stress or worry from Divine Delicacy after confirming with them a few days before. Overall I was very happy with their service and will use them again for future occasions.

Our wedding cake was ABSOLUTELY gorgeous! Just stunning! I love looking at pictures of our cake that day. We didn't even want to cut into it at the wedding. It was so elegant, classy, but with just the right modern flair. It tasted delicious too! We had guava and cream cheese....guests had been so excited to try it and they weren't disappointed. What I love about Divine Delicacies is that their cakes taste almost homemade. Very different from other places.



Out of all the Top local bakeries that we visit this was by far our favorite. The cake was awsome!!! I don't like overly wet and sweet cakes. This was just perfect. I also used Divine Delicacies for the Groom's Cake. That cake was chocolate with chocolate filling. It had a buttercream frosting with the Oakland Raiders shield made out of fondant. Everyone raved about both cakes. I highly recommend them.



The only thing I recommend To anyone is scheduling your cake tasting ahead of time since they were booked 2 weekends straight & we couldn't go during the week but they were able to over book us, which was great! But try booking them with time in advance. Their homemade cakes ate worth it!



They also had the best prices from the rest of the other bakeries.
