Their front office is inept. Girlfriend and I requested appointments at the same time (different dentists were fine); were given appointments 45 minutes apart. We found this out as we were almost at the center, when they then told us they would have to reschedule us after taking time off of work. When I called myself to press the issue, I was told the dentist had already left (within 5 minutes - I guess they couldn't wait to leave due to Good Friday). Incompetent, rude, with no consideration of anyone else's time but their own. Would not recommend.

Terribly unprofessional. They just cancelled an appointment I have had for a week on an emergency because the dr. wants to take the day off. I would have been a new patient - no more.

This place is extremely unprofessional. First off I made an appointment and they never called to check with me before the date. No big deal I thought, I can keep track of my appointments. Then I went in for my appointment and had to wait half an hour to see someone. They didn’t even do a cleaning, just some x-rays. I was told that I needed four crowns, and they never even mentioned the option of getting fillings. They rushed everything and I never got to speak with the dentist as she quickly left after recommending crowns. Finally I went to pay and this is when things got worse. I was given an estimate for all the procedures they wanted to do, with no options to choose from. Then one of the associates told me that I should sign up for the CareCredit credit card. I declined and she kept insisting that I should sign up for it. I do not like using credit cards and did not want to sign up for it. She then told me that she had already sent my information in and I was approved. I did not know what to say, I was very upset. She never got my permission, and I never received any terms for the credit card. I left feeling very upset, and now have to go through the trouble of canceling a credit card I never wanted in the first place. This place is very unprofessional, they harass their clientele and their quotes were higher than any other dentist I’ve used before. Avoid this place at all costs.

Dr. Fatmi is very inexperienced and ended up harming my teeth worse then if I would have just let them be. This practice only allows deep cleanings in order to get you pay so they can make more money. They do not give cleanings that your insurance covers to anyone! I even went to another dentist who told me by no means did I need deep cleanings so I threw away over $500 over the years at this practice for deep cleanings I didn't need. I also found the office manager Jackie to be very rude and even overheard her telling an employee to lie about something. Not exactly a practice I would want to trust. I have heard from others who have had problems with them as well so my advice is to stay on the save side and go somewhere else.

Please don't use this office. They are incahoots with their partners the Dental Center at Baptist. They dentist there tell you that you need special work done and then you go the speciality side and they say yes and you are looking at $1000's of dollars of work. I felt they were leading me on so I got a second opinion and low and behold I was right. This other dentist told me by no means did I need speacility work and he has no idea why they would ever put a patient at risk for minor surgery. I later found out that someone I know had several roots severed during a root canal which they deny they did anything wrong. The office is also very disorganized and have people call you who barely speak English. Please stay away or at least go for a second opinon. It may just save your a lot of money!
