Our relationship with Del Sol roofing dates back to 10 years ago when they did a magnificent job on a shingle roof at the time. We were so impressed that we called them again to re do a flat roof, shingle roof and wood fascia and siding in 2020.


Del Sol roofing did an amazing job!! VERY skillful workers / carpenters worked in unison not only on our flat roof and shingle roof but also they did an amazing job on wood fascia and soffit!!!


Raul Carrasco came to our home and began designing the project and explaining everything in detail. We felt at ease with him as he was very patient and answered all our questions promptly.

Great communication throughout the entire process!!!

Amy, Sue, Javier and Carmen were our contacts in the office. Always keeping us updated with pictures and any relevant information. They did everything!! We did not have to worry about anything not even about getting a permit or paying for one!!

Please don't forget to ask them about their warranty. It is amazing!! Not only Del Sol is GAF Master Elite certified but they offer the longest peace of mind
warranty in the market. That shows how confident and proud they are about their workmanship and materials!!!

If you are not aware what a GAF Master Elite certification
entitles, this is short summary:

A Master Elite roofing contractor is someone who has been factory certified by GAF, one of the oldest and largest roofing companies in the United States. It is incredibly difficult for a roofer to be certified as a Master Elite contractor, but it is challenging to actually achieve this honor.

Best roofers in Miami. Del Sol personnel were extremely professional from the initial estimator to the workers who replaced my roof. The office workers made it an easy process and I will calling Del Sol the next time I need roofing help.

Did not honor initial estimate added over $2000 plus in charges. Do not have a consistent work schedule. Did not advise of additional wood used added charges at the last invoice. Would not recommend them to anybody.

Wow! I can't Believe i just had my roof done! These guys were top notch. They worked from the minute they arrived until they finish clean up each day. Their professionalism was A 1. They Never left my roof or yard a mess and my roof is the envy of the neighborhood. My salesman was is constant communication with me on what stage we were in and what was going to happen next. I fell very fortunate to have chosen Del Sol Roofing! Don't think twice with these guys.... they know what they're doing.

When Del Sol Roofing's staff and Sales specialist showed up they portrayed to be very professional and knowledgeable. When we received our estimate we thought we could not afford this roof. We were mostly impressed with all the different finance options they had available. Thank you Del Sol for giving us the opportunity to replaced our roof that was already falling apart.The financing was very easy and affordable. We are very happy with the entire process and the roof came out fantastic as well.

this is not a good company, i have to call 2 or three time after they do a new roof, and they charge to process to finance the roof , they charge us about $2,000.00 more they said is the finance company, and the finance company said is no true so i deeply no recomend this company becarful with them

First all let me start by saying that I was very satisfied with Del Sol Roofing customer service: First, when I called for my estimate they send you a roofing specialist and they are very knowledgeable. They offer many options, from credit card, to Financing!!!! In addition, I was very happy because after signing the contract I had a question, but it was a Saturday and I had misplaced the Roofing Specialist card, so I called the office to leave a Voice message, to my surprise they have a person answering the phone calls, 24/7 even after hours --- now a days which company does that? Finally, I would definitely recommend them and I have done already to some of my friends, excellent customer service! And when the roof is done, and complete it they provide you with a Full Package, which contains copy of the permits, with the final inspection approved, copy of the contract, references, and a Thank you letter from the owner. Overall very happy with my roof, and the company I picked to do it.

Do not use this roofing company.I just paid for a brand new roof and I now have the worst looking roof in the neighborhood.There are giant waves all over my roof.Everybody that comes over makes a comment about how the new roof is not straight.The only way to fix it would be to tear out the roof again so of course they won't fix it.I just have to hope that a hurricane comes through and blows off my roof

Do not use this roofing company.They just installed a new roof and it came out horrible.I now have the worst looking roof in the neighborhood.There are huge "waves" all over the roof and the tiles are anything but straight.Of course its purely cosmetic so they wont do anything about it.

We purchased a bank owned (REO) property that had multiple roof leaks. Del Sol provided the best price to replace the entire roof. Del Sol provided excellent customer service and did a fantastic job with the roof. I have recommend their services to numerous family and friends. As a construction litigation attorney, I deal with many contractors and subcontractors and Del Sol is definitely one of the most honest and professional contractors out there.

Del Sol Roofing replaced my entire roof of approx. 2000 SF. From the estimate process to obtaining final inspections, they were professional and more importantly, the quality of their work was perfect. The job was done within two weeks.

After inquiring various roofing companies, DelSol had the best customer service. Their prices were very reasonable. They were very professional and knowledgable. I had so many questions and concerns,but Yanelys Diaz was very patient . She took the time to fully explain the whole process, and to make me feel at ease. Always kept me informed on everything, inspections, estimated work time, etc.

Daniel DelSol and his crew were wonderful. Showed up on time, neat and hardworking individuals. My house was transformed in about a week. Del Sol has reroofed a few commercial properties for us. They are true proffesionals, always keep their promise and jobs are completed as scheduled. Clean up after the completion is excellent. I recommend this company to anyone without hesitation
