The only reason they get one star is for the mere fact that they are still open and attempting to do business. Other than that they've lost their competitive edge with high priced, poor quality and rude service. There was a time they were leaders in the industry but have not kept up while still attempting hard nosed, cold calling sales tactics and excessive sales calling. Sad they can't figure out a market where they were once in the lead, sad, sad, sad indeed.
