They are disorganized, they treat people as if they are doing them a favor (like if I'm paying with "monopoly money"). Two weeks ago I got a pedicure, they charged me $15, NOW, two days ago I went again, got an identical pedicure and they charged me $20. The lady in the front seems to not care if she has people waiting. I do not know her name, but I do know she is the owner, very very rude. The atmosphere is tense. And I believe that the real big issue here is that they don't speak English or Spanish or maybe some French or Italian. Hey, I am not a racist, I just cannot understand them and vice versa. I would only go to this "nail spa" of it were the last resource. Not going there anymore if I can avoid it. I would not recommend this place to anybody because my friends and acquaintances would stop talking to me, THAT IS HOW BAD IT IS. Now I just go across the street to "Star Nails". Better.
