This is one of the worst place I have ever visited. They did not tell me what my insurance covered from what it did not cover and charge me as they felt. I have no problem paying for something but I like to be informed. I then called to rectify the problem and their representative by the name of Samantha said and I "oh my God so I said is this how you do with your clients no I am sorry maam so then she proceeded to be rude and I told her to let me speak to a manager when she asked my name I refused to tell her because of her attitude then when I told her my name was Samantha as well she hung up the phone in my ear if this is a place where you like to do business with Snobs i suggest you go if you want to be spoken to in a rude way. Please remember that your clients help grow your business remind your workers that how you treat your Clients is how your business will thrive. If I could give this place a negative 10 i would It is only getting a star because you have to put it in order to have the review

Turned out to be a fairly pleasant experience. The three employees I encountered were pleasant. I arrived early for a digital mammogram and they took me straight away. I was in and out within 30 minutes. No complaints.

Great facility and staff. They were extremely helpful as well as professional with the cta scan I was referred to get.

I love this place, the staff is pretty helpful and nice, and compared to any ultrasound miami places were you will probably wait couple of hours for the doctor to come see you, here you get a prompt and professional care.

My experience has been a positive and memorable one at the Comprehensive breast care center. If you are looking for a breast stereotactic biopsy, I highly recommend.

Cdi was very convenient to me. Their mri scan service isnt bad at all. If I need to have another procedure done I'm most certainly going to call them again.

The receptionists were perfectly nice, I didn't have to wait very long, and the whole experience was actually somewhat pleasant. Can't expect more from a radiologist.

Easy, I was in and out no issues, I liked everyone at the office that was relaxing! Not what I expected because everyone scares you with silly stories. Thanks to the amazing staff!!!!!

Center for diagnostic imaging in Miami has a prompt, polite, professional staff who is sensitive to patients needs. It was a positive experience from start to finish. Highly recommend.

I've been using the Center for diagnostic imaging in Miami for approximately three years. They have performed multiple MRI's, CT Scans, and X-rays for me and every time the experience has been far from unpleasant. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the results are always ready by the next day at most, and there has never been a problem with them accepting my insurance. Its safe to say that my doctors were also impressed with the quality of the scans and the reports provided from CDI. I highly recommend them!

Very convenient! I actually walked in to make an appointment for a ct scan and ended up having the very exam I went to schedule 30 minutes later. The staff was great and quick and very knowledgeable. Im impressed!

The staff at CDI Aventura was professional and efficient and I felt confident that the job was being well done as there was really minimal stress and discomfort. They handled insurance issues without a problem and within 40 minutes I was done with an MRI and a bone scans.

I have had several MRI's at CDI Miami. I was in constant pain but the techs and staff made me very comfortable, explaining the procedure. It was very easy to make an appointment at this office. Great friendly people working here. Makes a huge difference!

I highly recommend the Comprehensive breast care center. It is very rare to find a good clinic with todays health care system. They take care of their patients on the most personalized lever and are the best breast ultrasound facility in miami, in my opinion.
