If I could give 0 stars, I would. Absolutely terrible! My husband booked a flight to Medellin for the new year 2 months in advance. Our confirmation email clearly stated the we were flying on the 27th through Avianca. When we got to the counter there wasn't anything under our name. At first they said we were flying American, then they said that our flight was on the 26th, both lies. I type this review as I sit at the airport with no clue how/when I'm getting to Colombia. TERRIBLE! Lo barato sale caro. Book your own flight.
