Disaapointed and enfuriated

I have come twice to this ridiculous salon, and BOTH times the hairdresser was late! At 9 am and then at 3pm when I had an appointment for both times. I was almost late to the wedding I needed my hair done for, and when I told them I had a wedding to go to, no one said anything other than you can wait.... This is exactly whats wrong with complacent people in this world, its not like there werent two people just siting around. I hate salons like this and will never comes back nor refer anyone here unless you have all day to sit in a salon when you made an. Appointment.

This is a great place to get a haircut for men and women..i visited a couple of months ago..went in with my wife and kid for a haircut for each one of us..it was a great experience...the ladies who work there are knowledgeable of their field..being professionals and very friendly..specially salon owner Roxana and one of her assistants kenia..i highly recommend it to everybody...
