The best customer service for luggage repairs!! The guy fixed my bag while I waited. I was in and out within 10 minutes and my overnight bag is fixed!! Great service.

I am so far a one-time customer and my experience was absolutely excellent. I needed emergency last-minute luggage repair (was about to travel out of the country the following day) and when I arrived the store was about to close. Nonetheless, my luggage was not only repaired quickly and perfectly but the store also stayed open late for the sole purpose of accommodating my situation (highly appreciated).

I highly recommend them for repairs or new luggage. They have very friendly sales people who really know their stuff and great prices. I have used them several times and I am extremely satisfied with their service.
