I couldn't be more amazed with how helpful the staff here is. They go above and beyond, and will go out of their way to make sure you have a good experience. They are quick to respond, and creative problem solvers. I don't often say this, but if I could give six or seven stars, I would. An extra shout out to Tino, who helped me as well.

This is by far one of the WORST businesses ever. We dealt with them for a few months. It went well, until they had to issue a refund. And they would deny doing so. This issue started last year in May. However, the issue is still lingering. I have yet to receive my refund for an iPad. They know they owe me and refuse to send me an iPad, and ask me to purchase more from them. VERY UNRELIABLE business. Dealt with "Ivan" and "William" both stopped replying. I've emailed them many times, but no reply. Don't make the mistake of trusting this fraudulent company. I did so for a few months, but then the company made one mistake, which was acknowledged by everyone, yet not resolved. I don't think I'm getting my money back either.
