Provided by YP.comI just wanted to take a moment to say how impressed I was today with Greg, our sales rep from Atlanta. We had an issue with the delivery of a stove that put us in a critical time crunch for an apartment with a pending move in. Greg was very dedicated to resolving the issue to our satisfaction, even delivering the stove to the property himself! I was most impressed with his professionalism, courteousness and all-around great customer service skills. He took a blunder that could have cost him our business and turned us in to a customer that looks forward to doing business with ARD Distributors for a long time. Thanks again, Greg.
