I had a problem with my appliance, I called out to them spoke with the owner she sent out a technician. He got to my house in no time and the owner was very polite...very professional...every question I asked she answered and I had no problems with them and also the technician when you came to my house he was awesome knew what he was doing. I will always use them.

Love their promptness and quality of work

Love them, Love them, Love them!! They had my Thermador oven working like new even when another company said the parts weren't available. They also fixed my LG refrigerator when no one else would. Not sure what Franklin R. is talking about. The company has been around since 1971 and the owner is a 40 year old woman who came to my house herself on her birthday!!! Go Girl Power!!!

Excellent service! I only had to call once, got a real person who said "I'm sure I can help you today" and did! With only about a couple of hours notice, service was at my house and right on time. The problem with my 24-year-old washer was quickly diagnosed and resolved for a very reasonable price. Plus, we got good advise on what to watch out for when we purchase new appliances. I highly recommend Applicance Doctor!
