I manage a condo building in Brickell Dr. Santa Maria condo. We had other pest control companys that could not get rid of the bug problem ,We got recommend American Pest Mangement Service . The owner of the company came out to our property the first thing they did was to study the condo bldg, the owner came back with a program for our property. Their service is the best I seen.

These guys are the best. I was having a huge flea problem in my yard and in the house. They tackled it like the pros they are. I can safely go outside without worry and inside also.

We were having a bug problem in our condominium and the company we were using was not doing a very good job. We got referred to American Pest management and they came almost immediately. Very good service, most important, they took care of our problem.we are very satisfied with them and recommend them to anyone with a bug proble.

I called American Pest Management Services after having called several of the other pest control companies listed, and the call was picked up right away. All the other companies either had a voice mail or one of those annoying touch tone service which didn't have the personal attention American Pest Management gave me. Jose, the company owner, answered the phone and greeted me with open arms making me feel very comfortable by answering all my questions right away without putting me on hold.



I made an appointment with him, and he was very punctual upon arriving and his professionalism really impressed me. He Showed me all his exterminating equipment and I was even further impressed with all the up-to-date and state of the art pest control tools and services he had to offer.

American Pest Management Services is a very pofessional company with excellent service. They take care of my home and yard on a regular basis and they are very nice. The prices are reasonable, but most of all they are pleasant people. I will continue to use their services.

While I worked at BKC, American Pest Mgmt Services was hired to fumigate our floor and the main cafeteria. The building hosted more than 400 employees, so the task was herculean. The service they provided was prompt, efficient, and honest. The staff was very qualified, they asked all the right questions, and we never experienced "bugs" under our desks. After seeing the great job they had done with my house, I eventually contracted them to be in charge with one of my buildings down in Miami Beach. All of the workers are super friendly, and always manage to be on time, along with adjusting to my schedule.
