I have been a customer for years and have been very happy and satisfied with the monthly service. They do a great job servicing the pool and keeping it maintained.

My ONLY complaint is that I used them to renovate my deck, and even though it looked good upon completion, it has started to sink and puddle in areas that they fixed, and also weeds are going through the tumbled marble only in areas they fixed. I have spoken with people for the past 4 months. Scott is great and tries to help, but it is not his department. The others that I speak with tell me it's being handled, but no one shows up...or they make an appointment and don't show up. It is really sad that a company that gives you such good service monthly, can't get a major $9,000 renovation done correctly. In order to finish this and make it right, it would only take someone one day to fix. Why would you turn a satisfied customer into an unhappy customer. I'm tired of having to call every month find out if they remember there is an issue at my house. So unhappy today. Especially with Bill who answered the phone. Cut me off, did not care to hear about the issues, and did his best to hang up on me as fast as possible. A complete lack of customer service and respect to a human being.

house the same day that we called and were able

The spa is excellent!

It was very important to us to get the right spa. My husband has been enduring severe lower back pain for the last few years due to an old injury. It had become increasingly worse and we were hoping that a hot tub would alleviate the pain and help him avoid risky surgery. Frank helped us to select a spa that was in our price range.

I wish i had another pool in my yard! I contacted this pool installing company in Miami called all Florida pool and spa and while and after they installed my pool, i could see how serious and responsible they were.I did not have to be behind them and i did not have to pay attention to every single thing they did...i could trust them and the result was wonderful! My pool is my family's favorite place to be and that is something that i thank to those guys!

I hired this pool remodeling company in Miami two months ago to changes somethings that were nor working properly in my pool, and i have to say that they did such a great job that i wish i had known about them and gotten my pool by all Florida pool! Those guys have all the necessary tools to do a very nice job and that easily convinced me to trust them!

If I have to choose just one pool remodeling company in Miami, I would choose all Florida pool! I love how good and efficient their work was in my mother’s house, they took into account the things that she wanted and did not want. Those guys worked perfectly and now my mom and her friends meet in the pool to talk and have fun! She deserves it! Thanks!

As soon as I knew that my sons wanted to have a pool, I looked for different companies to see who could give me the best service and affordable prices and that research was kind of hard for me because there are many pool installing companies in Miami and I did not know what to choose! So, I called my friends and asked them to help me to choose, and after long discussions, we finally decided to see how all Florida pool could work and to be honest, our decision could not be better! My sons felt pleased with my gift and love to spend some time there with their friends! Thank you guys, you are awesome!

My husband has always wanted to have a pool where he could play with our children and teach them how to swim and be good at being in the water! He enjoys those activities and I wanted to motivate our children to find a different way to have fun and distract their attention, I called this pool installation company to give me a beautiful, affordable and big pool for my family! I knew about the, because they helped my sister to remodel her spa and she loved their work…And I loved how my pool was there behind the house! My sons are very happy to be able to swim every morning and work out with their father! Thanks guys, you can’t imagine how helpful you have been!

This company is very good & very helpful! Was going out of town and realized I had a major pool equipment leak. Did some research online that evening. I called All Florida pool and spa the next morning to purchase parts to repair leak myself. They had the parts and explained to me what I needed to do to fix the leak successfully. Very helpful & Saved $$$

Our dealings with All Florida Pool and Spa was nothing short of terrific. We had our 13 year old pool and patio area redone and expanded and it looks phenomenal! Like coming home to a luxurious spa everyday….The design and preconstruction meetings were professional and productive. The actual job was started on time, kept neat, organized and clean and finished on time… all for a very fair price. Everyone we dealt with was professional, informed, and pleasant to deal with….. We have dealt with dozens of contractors in our 20 years in south Florida and can honestly say this was our best experience hands down.
