I was getting tired and frustrated flipping through the yellow pages to find someone who wouldnt rip me off because my Refrigerator wasn't cooling properly. Luckily I had a friend who had referred me to "Advance Appliance Repair." She got the name from a referral from her friend that certainly is how good business spreads around!



I called them at 8.30 a.m. and they told me that the technician would be at my house the same day between 2-4 p.m. The technician call me 15 minutes before he showed up as I requested and went straight to diagnosing the problem.



Even though it was built in, he had to take out the oven because he needed to access it from the back. I was scared when he told me that he had to take out my built-in oven because the house was built in the 1940s, but when he was done it looked like it had never been removed. He was here for an hour and a half and only charged me $150! He was extremely honest and told me like it was without any fluff. He's not in it to gain extra money by doing things that are not necessary. I will use him from now on and refer him to anyone needing oven or any kitchen appliance repair needs for a reasonable price!
