A.B.C. Bakery Supply is a wholesale distributor of bakery supplies located in Miami, Florida. We have been in operation for over twenty five years. We represent ConAgra Flour Mills, Bay State Milling, and General Mills, these are three of the largest flour millers in the nation. We are also the largest distributor for Bunge Foods Inc. in the southeastern U.S. We are a full service distributor and our product line encompasses everything from all types of flour, improver, preservatives, fruit fillings, mixes, bases, flavors, fresh and active dry instant yeast. We have and continue to export products to the Caribbean area, Central and South America. Export demands usually range from dough improver and conditioners, Caravan Improve 200, and preservatives such as calcium propionate and sodium propionate. We have also been successful in exporting flour. In our experience flour milled in the United States is often of better quality than that overseas.
