The people who run this company are cruel. My wife and I were feeding a cat in our neighborhood, one day she gave birth to 5 kittens, 2 calicos and 3 orange, she kept them in our back yard, we watched her nurse them, but then she moved them a few days later. The following week, my neighbor who is a cat hater, he hired this company ("Humane" Animal Removal) to remove the cats from our block, and hey came out and trapped her along with a few others. We asked she be let out of the trap because she was nursing new born kittens and they said its against company policy to release a cat from a trap once its been caught. A week later the lady who lives down the street from me found the dead kittens, whom died from starvation, after she noticed the smell of something dead in the bushes of her backyard. She called me over and I took the 5 little dead corpses and buried them. That was very unfortunate, since I was planning on finding homes for those kittens and then also borrowing a trap from my buddy to have the mom spayed. I would have trapped her and spayed her sooner but I assumed she was spayed already because non of the males ever approached her, we couldn't tell she was pregnant because she was fluffy, but then one day she surprised us with that litter of kittens.

Oh my god they done the same thing in my neighborhood. The following week, my neighbor who doesn't like cats, he hired this company ("Humane" Animal Removal) to remove the felines from our block. They trapped that mother, and they refused to let her out of the trap even after we explained to them that she is still nursing. About a week after they took her away, my neighbor who lives a few houses down from me found her 5 dead kittens who all starved to death in the bushes in her back yard. I was the one who had to come and bury them after they died. What a shame, I was planning on having her babies adopted the moment they were old enough to eat solid food, and then loan a trap from a friend and trap the mother to have her spayed. I would have spayed her sooner, but I assumed she was already spayed because non of the males in the neighborhood would ever bother her, she was a fluffy cat so we really couldn't tell she was pregnant, until it was too late.

Don't use this company! They knowingly trap lactating mother cats and let their babies starve
