What a joke. They Airbnb unrented units out making me and my neighbors paranoid... why? Because three of us have had break-ins, property damage, insect problems... the list goes on and on and on and on. It's great having a friend who is an attorney because I'm suing.

I was very happy with the services provided by two of the team member, Alberto Juarez y Eleazar Herrera. They have been very professional, respectful, efficient and kind at the same time. It was a pleasure to interact with them and they care about me and helped me to solve the issues I had in the apartment. Thank you!!! :-)

yes. I'm living in one of their units and since the time I called to inquire about their
inventory I found them very professional and knowledgeable about their inventory. now that , I 'm living in one their units . they are very quick to fix a problem when
I report one . I also notice that the bldg is well kept . lights working and clean .

Everyone at Urban Resource has always been very helpful and resourceful.

I will highly recommend them!!

Live in Miami for the past 12 years, always renting, being a realtor once, and i Never have this type of property management??... Looks loke you talk with a machine, hold your deposit for infinite time period and they get mad if you complain.
Please Don't do business with this people.!

This management company is not even worthy of 1 star. Being someone who works in the management profession myself, I am appalled and flabbergasted with the way they treat their tenants. I honestly don't know where to start. First of all, maintenance never comes to do their repairs. No matter how many times you call and they say they have someone to take care of it, it never happens. Even when you call the emergency number, they won't do anything. They will inform you that the emergency number is for serious situations such as floods. So, if your stove, toilet, or the community washer are not working, do not expect a swift fix. But what concerns me most is they never ONCE answered a call on the emergency number. Therefore, I can't help but wonder if there was a flood what would I do? Unless it was during their office hours, no one would come to fix it. They also have the weekly landscapers come between 7-8 AM! So, don't expect to sleep with blowers at your window and doors. They also do not give proper notice when entering your unit or shutting off the water. And don't be excited it they are doing upgrades to your unit. It has been well over 6 months since they installed new doors and they still haven't done the trim. Now are units looks unfinished. But the worst thing of all is that a couple months ago my neighbors and myself discovered they put the same lock on all the new doors!! So basically we could enter each other's apartment. Urban Resources is shameful and at times unlawful. I wish I could do more than just a review to let people know that they need to rent anywhere else but here. It is your livelihood and nothing is more important than that.
