The worst travelagency ever! To start with, 6 of our 10 hotels (fly-drive holiday) were changed one week before our holiday started! They changed, and not for the better. Every hotel was a downgrade of the initial hotel, two hotels had really bad reviews an one had truely horrible reviews. But we couldn't change one hotel, Travalco said! When we arrived at that one hotel, it turned out to be low-lower-loweste-buget, and we even had an hotel upgrade to economy!! Besides these errors, Travalco cancelled 3 of our hotels, without rebooking anything else. So we arrived late in the evening in a city we didn't know, and had to search for ánd pay for another hotel.



Travalco? Never again!
