Provided by YP.comVery responsive. You can call them anytime of day and they will either pick up or call you right back. If you ask me that's most important to me. You even get the cell phone number of the company president! Would highly recommend it, they just started last year but really give you everything they got!

Provided by YP.comI am managing 4 apartments with Doric and they are always very responsive. The tenant has a 24hr hotline to call in case there are emergencies, and I never have anything to worry about myself. They are asking 10-15% of the rental income but give you twice as much of a value as everyone else. We had one eviction to do, and they finished the process in 2 months not 4! Without me having to do anything
