Horrible!

I recently stayed at this god awful place and would never again! The management is terrible nobody knows what is going on. I had a problem at the pool and someone name "Oscar Guerra" inserted himself and made thing 10 times worse. He is probably the sole reason I'll never stay at a Loews again. If upper management really cared about this once beautiful hotel they would fire "Oscar Guerra" on the spot before he really destroys the company!
