This doctor has lost his humanity. He forgets he is dealing with people who are facing all stages of Cancer, His secretary is equally inhumane and rude, She refuses to do her job and when she does she confuses and mixes up information between different patients. He does not apologize for her mistakes or reprimand her for her lousy attitude, Be careful! If you ignore this warning, at least get another surgeon's opinion.
