The staff could definitely benefit from some intense customer service training. After waiting for a 1/2 hour to put our names on the list for the 2:30 tour we were rudely interrupted by one of the tour guides asking the staff member that was helping us if there were any riders for a single jet ski. We were advised to wait on the side and would be taken care of “next” after waiting for over an hour we were told that we would have to wait for the 4:00 tour because the staff members that was originally helping us left the stand and wasn’t diligent in advising the other staff member about our group. Even though there were 5 clipboards put to the side for us. 100% would NOT recommend. 100% would never spend my money here.

Horrible customer service. Lady first tells us to get the money and that she will hold the FIVE jet skiis for us for the 2:30 pm. After we WASTE our time and we come back then they tell me that I have to go on the 4pm group. Not only she lied to my face, her boss treated us like we were annoying him. I will definitely not recommend this to ANYONE. On the bright side I did save my money and ended up having a beach day with my friends. I will not be coming back to this place

Came here last week and rented two jet skis for the day. I spoke to Captain Joe about where to go as I wasn't familiar with the area and he gave me some great sandbars and islands to explore. Will be returning soon to take a boat out next.

Great day on the water. Just took out the new 24 ft Hurricane with the 50 Outboard Yamaha. Thanks Joe for all the help and working with us to get the right

I had a great experience as my first time in a boat, as I din't know nothing about boats, Captain Joe explained in details all options he has for rental and helped me choose the best cost x benefit boat. I`m from brazil and came to Miami for vacation, looked online for boat rentas and as he is since 1998 in this business I decided to go their service. Was such a pleasure rent a boat with him.

I had the best and friendliest experience yesterday 7/12/14. Captain Joe was in charge, he was very helpful and accommodating. he explained and gave me the best options. I got there with my family at 10:30 am but didn’t realize I needed a reservation because they were super busy thanks to the gorgeous weather. He got me a slot at 12:30pm despite their full schedule. I had a blast with my family. Seats on the boat were super comfortable and you really do get to drive it yourself. I feel safe onboard and you are always within sight of the coast of Miami Beach and the sights are really something! Especially all the nice expensive boats and houses.

The staff were incredibly nice, and checking in with them was really simple and quick.

I will definitely rent another boat someday! Captain Joe’s Boat Renal is who you want to go with. Outstanding people and service!!!

great place to rent a boat. I was thinking about buying a boat but after talking to capt joe ,the best thing was to join his boat club now a have several new boats i can use , and i never need to clean,maintain or repair, all i do is put gas. I love this concept...If you are in the market for a boat or love boating go see capt joe

Plenty of boats to choose from. My favorites(Azure & Hurricane) but when its not available the staff is always ready to give us what they have.

I like to reserve my boat at least a week before... if your a pre-paid customer like us, we log in to the webisite and reserve it ourselves.

We show up & return the boat without worrying to clean it, storing it or fueling it. Its Great!!
