One if the best dining experiences I have ever had for health food! I have been a health food nut for many years and I would like to say thanks for offering good food at such a beautiful place. I treated my best friend to dinner on her 50th birthday and it was an incredible experience. The Executive Chef, Elizabeth Barlow, came to the table and greeted my friend with some special comments to explain the concept of the food which made her feel like a movie star. Carol enjoyed every morsel and I would recommend the food to all of you health food lovers for any special occasion!

I recently applied at Canyon Ranch I was contacted a few days later by Cristal Diaz she put me on hold for about 2 mins then really didn't seem to want to give me any info she just said I'll be e-mailing you. I got the e-mail and it said I had an interview Monday at 3;00pm. I showed up at 2;50 pm and the H.R. office is hidden away you have to use a secret stairwell it was very weird. I walked up and Cristal Diaz is sitting behind some kind of locked half door so we had yell back and forth when I got there. She said have a seat it'll be a few minutes well that "few minutes" turned into 50 minutes. At one point a woman came out looked at me went back in and began whispering to Cristal then said I'll be back later. I assumed that was the woman who was going to interview me. She never returned and good ole' Cristal just continued playing on her computer as I waited patiently. Finally I had enough and asked if it was going to be much longer Cristal replied "oh a...we're going to have to reschedule". I couldn't believe it and walked out. They're slogan is "PJICAAN" (trust me it's stupid) but I think they should rethink that because the H.R. department showed none of the qualities that slogan is suppose to stand for.
