If I could give less than one star I would. I purchased a groupon on Feb 8th for parasailing. I called Aquaworld before I even purchaced the groupon to make sure they were available the day I wanted to use my groupon. I live in Phoenix and already had reservations to fly to Miami in April for a cruise, so I only have one day on either end of the cruise to use my groupon. The man on the phone told me there would be no problem. I purchased my groupon this same day, Feb 8th, and immediately called back to make my reservation for April 16th. The same man answered, he was very nice but told me they weren't taking reservations that far in advance and to call back 3 weeks before I wanted to use my groupon. So I've been waiting. In the beginning of March I got an email from groupon that Aquaworld had moved. They are now about 6 miles away from my hotel inside of the original 1 mile. This is fine, but I wish the man I had spoken with in Feb would have mentioned the possibility of moving. So I called today which is 4 weeks ahead of when I want to use my groupon and was told they aren't even open on Mondays which is the day I had been planning from the beginning. I offered to switch to the only other day I am in Miami, the following Saturday (almost 5 weeks ahead of time) and he said the are completely booked, sorry. I explained I live in Arizona and only have a limited amount of time in Miami, and he basically said too bad, nothing they can do. I called groupon, they called Aquaworld and had Aquaworld call me back to schedule. Second guy I spoke to today basically said the same thing. He said all they can do is put me on a waiting list in case anyone cancels for the Sat. This doesnt help me much since I wont have cell phone or internet acess the whole time I'm there. Both people I spoke to today were borderline rude, very unhelpful and unsympathetic. Luckily groupon was kind enough to refund my money.
