I called one morning cause my sewer line had backed up. When I called the approximate time was 10:30am. Informed the female that answered the phone of my problem and she started the she would pass the message on to the plumber. At approximately 2pm I had not recieved any phone calls from the plumber about a time to stop by and look at the situation. I called again and the female started that she would pass a message and again no return call. I think it's very odd that they won't even return calls or inform you about when they would be able to arrive. I'm writing this review after a week from the day that I called and I still have not recieved any phone calls from this business, if you call it that. No I'm not a happy customer and if I could give lower rating than 1 star, that's what they would recieve.
