Karla has taken care of my coda from day one. She is kind and you can tell she love animals. My coda love to go to his appt.he made sure the receptionist greet him and he loved ksrla.when it was time for him to cross over rainbow Bridge she came to the house.coda couldn't get up but he wag his Tail .you could tell that he was glad to see her. Karla also put my little missey to sleep. She is taking care of my new dog Bella. Karla is the best.she is the only one I want taking care of my dogs.My furbabies and me love her dearly. KARLA IS A BLESSING TO ME AND MY DOGS.

The staff at River's Edge has always been very kind & helpful during our years as patients. We recently had to put our 14 year old lab to sleep. Dr. Karla did not hesitate to come to our house on a Sunday morning so our sweet lab could spend her last moments at home. It's the little things that mean so much to us. And, that's what we have always experienced with the staff at River's Edge.

I've taken my cats there twice for emergency care. Each time I called to be sure they were able to take me in right away and each time was told "sure, come right ahead". Both times the receptionist stalled for a looong time. Then when Karla finally came to the desk, I was told that since I didn't have an appointment, I would have to come back after 5 O'clock or the next day. Both times my beloved pet died. One because when I went back at 5 O'clock they were closed and gone, although they were supposed to be open late. The other time I went to a vet. in Paducah because they had a dog come in that Karla gave priority over my cat even though I had already been there waiting for her nearly 30 mins. Since then I have been going to Paducah to start. I can't understand why I was told each time to bring my beloved family member in, then treated so unprofessionally.

I absolutely love everyone here but Dr Karla and Carissa are wonderful! They always take such good care of my baby and are always honest and fair. I would recommend this office to everyone!

All the nurses and vets were so nice and they made you think that your pets was part of their family and they would do whatever to make as comfortable as they would they own pets and they were one of the best.
