My wife probably just had the most horrible customer service experience in her life. She felt that the office staff took advantage of her inability to communicate professional English. The office staff in this practice made no effort to make the communication process easier for her and were just trying to have her sign paperwork she couldn't understand. I believe that a medical practice serving a very diverse community as the large as the one in the Methuen area, should make every effort to make the overall experience of non English speaking patients as great as the one for those who speak good English. My wife was in tears when she came back from this experience and i am sure none of us nor our friends,and we have a lot of them in the Methuen area, will ever go there. Just rude people.
