I love the salon, they are always very accommodating and polite. I've been seeing Chau for years, she always does a great job, and knows exactly what I like. I would highly recommend the salon.

I would HIGHLY recommend NOT going to this salon, They do not listen to what the customer wants, and just tell you, sign in, pick a color, and then tell you I do what ever you like...

I asked for my nail to be thin, curved, and straight. I got THICK, CROCKED, and FLAT nails. I asked for french tip.. she painted them on . when she finish, it looked like a child painted nails for the first time. I asked her to take it off and just paint, she made me pay and then was extremely rude and left the white all over my nails.

Kenny, the manager, is arrogant, rude and very unprofessional! He made inappropriate comments that are offensive and thinks he is justified in what he says.

When I made him aware of my experience, he answer was.. QUOTE: YOU NEVER HAPPY, NEVER COME BACK AGAIN, : unquote!

So I never got my money back, paid for french tip, didn't get it, and he never fixed my nails.. oh did I mention she cut my cuticles left me bleeding?

Anyone who says they do a good job, just doesn't know what good work is!!!

I owned and operated my own nail salon for 13 years and before that I rented space in many nail salons in the North Shore. I was extremely familiar with what a good salon was versus a bad salon. I had been to many nail salons around the Methuen area down to Peabody Mass and by far BEAUTACIOUS NAIL SALON was the cleanest, professional, friendly and above all the best PINK & WHITE full set of nails ever down by Kenny!!!! I would highly recommend all to seek him out and you will not be disappointed. Pedicures are also done with professionalism and above all Sanitization which was my biggest concern.

I would rate this salon a PERFECT 10. If in doubt, try it out, you will not be disappointed.

I had never been to this salon before but figured it looked good and the prices were about the same anywhere else. I made an appointment but when I arrived, I was rudely told, "sign your name and pick a color." There was no "hello" or "how are you?". Then I had to wait 20 minutes (with an appointment) for someone to start on my pedicure. I must the say the beautician was very polite but did not do the best job. Then she made my finger bleed during the manicure. To top it off, my money was not well spent because my manicure was already chipping the next day. I'm sorry but I will not be returning. There are so many nail salons on Rt 110 that they must be better to get my hard earned money.

I have been getting my nails professional done for over 10 years. Last year my husband bought me a gift certificate for Beautacious Nails, I'm so glad he did. They are by far the best in the business. They are perfectionist!

I have never been in a nice and very clean nails like this salon before a long with a high quality of work from the technician,I do recommended this salon is the best in town.
