Universal Glass, LLC was founded in 2002 by both Mike Rizzo and Anthony Mortillaro. Combined, both Mike and Anthony have over 40 years experience in the glass industry servicing the East and Westbank, New Orleans, and outlying areas. Mike and Anthony are both "NGA" National Glass Association Certified Glass Technicians, and have been for the last 17 years. Universal Glass, LLC offers Mobile Glass Service Only, assuring the utmost convenience for our customers. Every aspect of our business from answering the phone to installing our products is completed by Mike & Anthony only. We feel that it's comforting to know that our customers will always deal with the same person from the beginning of the job, until the end. Our ultimate goal is to provide exceptional customer service and superior glass installations for our customers. That is why we do the work ourselves to ensure that our customers glass needs will be taken care of, as if it was our own. Mike began in the glass industry in 1992 & until now, he has gathered enough glass knowledge, where there is practically no glass replacement that he is unfamiliar with. Mike is very particular about his work and goes the extra mile ensuring that his customers receive the highest quality glass replacement and customer service that he can provide. With his knowledge with glass and excellent technical talents in the glass industry, it is by far an asset to have Mike a part of Universal Glass' team!
