I have used this shoe repairman for several years now and they always go the extra mile. My shoes come back shined and repaired as asked. They even pull down the leather on your heal if you getting a heal replaced so that the heal looks new. Would use them again.

I agree with previous review. There are two men behind the counter. One is nice, the other is rude. I asked one time if they could extend their hours to help working people(e.g. stay open one night til 6pm and/or open half a day on Saturday) He said "we don't need any more customers or working people". So much for that. I've been going to Famous Shoe repair ever since then. I don't care how good they are, if they have terrible customer skills.
