After being recommended by a friend, I took a few items of jewellery to Savoie Appraisers while I was on holiday in New Orleans just after my husband had died (it was all old bits and pieces that I'd found as I was sorting out 'stuff' that we'd hoarded - as you do). I was so impressed at the no nonsense and very professional help I received - I'd already been given a price for it in the UK but I was convinced I was being 'fleeced' - I was able to bring it back home, go back to the people I'd first gone to and was more than happy to accept the price I was offered (I knew it was what it was worth). I would happily recommend these people to anyone.
