They answered their phone. Unlike four other pool companies I called in the Metairie area. Tim came to my house on a Saturday to look at the job to give me an estimate. Which was replacing a sand filter that had a split in it. They came when promised. Did a good job for a great price. I'm glad I called Pelican Pools.

Outstanding service! I have an older pool that had a pool light problem. A difficult repair that two other pool service companies could not fix. Pelican reviewed the problem developed a solution and fixed the light making it safer than ever. Very good about keeping me informed and always showed up as scheduled. I highly recommend them for any pool services needed.
