I had my laptop disappear but since they underestimate the time they told me the move, and I had my house closing to go to, I had to leave a friend to oversee the rest of the move. My friend had to sign off that everything was received. I have had to call for 3 days in a row with never a follow up call to me concerning my missing laptop. Now they are trying to accuse my friend of taking my laptop, instead of trying to make some kind of resitution. When I explained my friend had to stay instead of me and swhy they when over the allotted time I was estimated, I was then accused of tryingto scam the company. And this was from the manager/supervisor.

Mr. Move was the perfect company to handel my move from a 3bedroom home. The men they sent out were very nice friendly and professional. My move went by earlier than I expected and the men even helped me set up my baby's crib! I would definatly reccomend this company to anyone needing moving assistance!!!
