Awful they stole my money in the console, knock my driver seat off the track and cracked a brand new rim. The manager claim she didn’t understand what I was saying on the phone and hung up on me and didn’t answer my calls anymore. When I picked my car the employees just standing around giggling and laughing, I thought they were doing it to me but when I got home and seen what they had did to my car it was clear they were glad I didn’t see what they did to my car. So I drive there to complain and the guy just refused to acknowledge what was done before I could get a word in which was unprofessional. I have never been treated like that before and will never go there again management does not own the neglect his employees insert in your vehicle. Very disappointed I just put the rims on the day before they crack it......

The first time was ok I brought my blue mustang for 80$ detail the girl at the desk was nice two weeks later came back for another 80$ detail waited 20 minutes to be told they only accept cash by a overgrown goofball that was blowing vapor in my face this was crazy I won't be back

Lock up your valuables. Not only did their employees steal from me, their complete detail was little more than a car wash @ Safari or Halima's. When I arrived, I listened to their offer of 1/2 off of a detail (normally $200) and took them up on the offer (I heard from others that this place does good work). Unfortunately, I forgot to take my toll $ out of the console...when I got back in my car, the cash was missing (only $17) and the crew was standing around looking for a tip. I told them that the $ was missing and everyone disappeared as if I was a bill collector. Needless to say I did not tip and told them that they'd screwed themselves as I would have tipped more. I chose not to raise the issue with the manager/owner as they made it a point to place a sign by the register that they are not responsible for valuables and to take out valuables before handing keys to the employees...apparently they know their employees are crooks. Furthermore, the job was little more than I could get from a "Gold" package at any other local car wash. I won't be back...and I'll be telling everyone I know to avoid these thieves.

I went there to get a detail. I paid $80 for a car wash, leather treatment and a outside polish. When i picked up my car, it looked like they just ran it through a car wash. There were still sticky spots in my dashboard. They didnt even wipe it down. I complained and they just took a rag and wiped my car down. So I pretty much paid $80 for a $15 car wash!!!
