I loved the cabinets in their showroom. I loved the cabinets in my kitchen. But, the installers didn't ask me which way I wanted the cabinet doors to open. Some of the drawers don't close straight. They used stain to cover the nail holes and the edges of the crown and base where they didn't exactly meet. The stain has a different sheen than the rest of the wood so it is very evident. The wood that they tout as solid wood isn't exactly solid pieces of wood. It's finger jointed small pieces of wood. There was a large side panel of wood beside the fridge that had diamond shaped patches in it. Our rep at the store said he'd come look at them. It took many calls to get him to look at them. He was to send out an installer to correct the problems with drawer alignment. A week and a half later, and daily phone calls, we are still waiting. This is holding up the installation of our counter tops. When I mentioned there was stain on my walls. He said I could wash it off or touch it up with paint. When I mentioned the two dents (almost holes) in the sheetrock that were made by the cabinet installers he said I could spackle that easy.
