Provided by YPmobileWebsite states FEDEX pickup @ 8 pm nightly. Arrived at 7:25 and FedEx driver walked in with me. Asked associate what forms I needed to fill out and was told it was too late. I told her of 8pm posting on website, she said no its 7:30, it was only 7:25 but she refused to help me get paperwork to give to driver even though j would have been finished well before he was ready to leave. Caused me to make 30 minute trip to FEDEX Hqs. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
