Friendly staff. My apointment is always on time. And the cleaning and check-up is great.

I have gone for 2 years and plan to continuing for a long time.

First off i had a great impression of this practice. I had terrible jaw pain and contacted them for help. The front desk girl mad it seem like they saw this issue all the time and i would finally get some relief. I asked NUMEROUS times if the services would be covered under my insurance plan and was told not to worry it it would all be covered. When i arrived at the office the front desk personnel and the hygienist were goofing off and very unprofessional. that first off made me a little uneasy. I was seen and first off the hygienist was trying to diagnose me and automatically went to saying that i was going to need all types of devices to correct my problem. I had not even been seen by the DR at that time. I have to say that Dr. Delaune was very professional and through. He was able to help me but getting through the staff is a nightmare. when i went to check out i was then told that i did not owe anything and that my insurance would cover it.. she even had all of my dental benefits printed out and gave me a copy... so i thought that she had verified that my services were in fact covered at 100%. about 3 months went by and i receive a phone call saying that i have a past due balance of almost $200 and that if i do not pay ill be placed in collections. Better yet I HAD NEVER RECEIVED AL BILL IN THE MAIL!!! i asked why i had a balance and she said that my insurance didnt cover it--- just a routine office visit and routine x-rays!!! Why would you be so misleading in the beginning?? better yet why tell me i didn't owe when in fact you didn't even bother to read into my plan details?? and the Why would you not send me a statement to explain why i owe until i ask for it?? BOTTOM LINE-- DO NOT TRUST THE STAFF OR ANYTHING THEY SAY!!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PRACTICE!!
