I went into this gun store. I asked the price of a riffle. I was given a price with tax. I paid for the Riffle in full. I was told that the riffle would be instock within 90 days. It took 7 months for the riffle to come in.
I went in to pick the riffle up and He said that I owed him an additional $400.00 because the demand for the gun went up. I asked him how can you raise the price of something after I was given a price and I paid in full.
The owner then became rude and I rate. He stated that he could sell the riffle tomorrow for more money than he was getting from me within two day. He told me to take it or leave it. IF YOU ARE SMART DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SHOP. WHAT A RIP OFF!!!!!!!

If you want your firearm(s) kept for months on end I would suggest go to Donavan's place....he's great at that.

But just in case you want your firearm back a.s.a.p. then find a place other then his place.

His respect for customers is NIL and his attitude is even worse.

I'll drive 100 miles out my way to go to a shop where they have respect for their customers and greet them in a friendly manner before I ever visit Donavan's again.

This is the worst business ever!!!! Do not shop here!!!!! I had to call the police to come with me to pick up my weapon because they refused to give it back to me, even after the personally damaged my scope mounts that I put on the gun. They did not tell me that they broke my scope mounts! They did not tell me that they were fixing them! They told me nothing. The owner verbally abused myself and my husband on the phone and in person even with the cop in the store. This is not the first time this has happened apparently and I will be reporting this incident to the Better Business Bureau to hopefully get this business shut down. I will never refer anyone here and I strongly recommend to never give this person business ever again. They are rude and do not deserve to be in business! They even threatened to sell my gun even after they admitted to destroying my personal belongings. I will be looking to take this matter to the courts.

As a retired police office, Charlie is extremely knowledegable about all firearms. He has been in this line of business for many years. If you purchase a weapon at Donovan's Guns you can rest assured that when you leave you will know how the weapon works and all of your questions were answered.
