Crescent City meat Co is an amazing business and I love their products. This is the best sausage and boudin I have ever tried and I go here every year to process my deer. Customer service is excellent and their sausage is even better!

With the right amount of salt, you can make anything edible. I tried the pork and crawfish sausage, i.e., salt sausage. pork has a slightly sweet flavor. So does crawfish. I hope Crescent City can act upon the criticism. Maybe a slight roux taste.?.?.?

I called and asked for the location because I wanted ti superior my father with boudin. Before asking anything else the Rep stated we don't accommodate you people
